PermitChef is in prelaunch. Initial screening and sample content are informational. They do not establish that your food operation is compliant, that a HACCP plan is required in every state, or that a local agency will accept a document.

Paid services, expert reviews, and recurring memberships are not open yet. Displayed prices describe planned services, not a promise of current availability. Final terms, privacy, refund and revision policies, and the legal seller’s contact details will be published before checkout opens.

Your information

The address lookup sends the address you enter to the U.S. Census geocoding service to identify geography. It is not saved by that lookup. The browser may retain your unfinished intake so you can continue it later. Saving a workspace project stores the information in the hosted application.

The current workspace uses ChatGPT sign-in. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are off unless you consent. Do not upload passwords, payment-card information, government identity documents, employee medical information, or confidential customer records.

AI features, when activated, may send the relevant menu, process, facility, or document content to an AI provider. Drafts can be incorrect; you must check facts and obtain appropriate food-safety and agency review before use.

Before we accept money

We must publish the legal business identity, a working support contact, and reviewed policies that match the actual service and data-handling procedures. Until then, no payment or expert-review service is available. This prelaunch notice is not a substitute for those final policies.
